Fulfilment By Design Intensive · Private 1:1 · Four weeks

You don't need to know your next chapter yet.

You just need to know something needs to change.Four weeks of private coaching for experienced, capable people who are very good at showing up for everyone else, and have started to wonder whether the way they are living and working still fits.

This is not about lowering your ambition or blowing up your life. It's about getting clear on what you actually want, recognising what's been getting in the way, and starting to make changes that matter to you.

What I keep seeing

Different roles. Same three patterns.

Since 2020 I've coached and trained more than three thousand driven professionals and leaders. Different industries, different job titles, and almost every time, the same three things underneath.

01

You're still proving.

Respected, capable, very good at it. The meeting went brilliantly, everyone told you so, and you're still replaying the one thing you could have done better.

“I doubt myself, and I start going in a spiral of like, God, why did I do that?”

02

You're carrying too much.

The work, the team, the emotional load, the invisible stuff. You're useful everywhere and the thing that keeps getting deprioritised.

“No value in that for me whatsoever. But nobody else was stepping forward. So I was like, right, I'll do it.”

03

You're tolerating “fine”.

Nothing is dramatically wrong, and that's almost the problem. “Fine” is remarkably easy to maintain for another year.

“I'm tired of being tired. I just don't feel like me.”

A note on fit

Who is this for?

It's private, so fit does most of the work.

This is for you if…

  • ✓You're capable, well thought of, and wondering whether this is it
  • ✓You're tired of being the one who never drops anything
  • ✓You've said yes when you meant no, and felt the resentment arrive before you'd finished the sentence
  • ✓You've cancelled the thing that was just for you. Again.
  • ✓You've held your tongue in a meeting when it really wasn't okay
  • ✓You've read the books, done the therapy, been on the leadership programmes, and how you feel still doesn't match the confidence you're after

And it isn't for you if…

  • ✕You're looking for someone to make the decision for you, rather than to explore your options and take an active part in making changes
  • ✕What you need right now is somewhere to let it all out. That matters, and it is worth having, but this four weeks is built around turning insight into action
  • ✕You can't protect an hour a week over the four weeks at the moment. If that's the case, the timing may simply be wrong rather than the work
The intensive

Three phases. See it, choose it, brave it.

Four private sessions across four weeks, moving from honesty, to decision, to action.

It's 1:1, so the shape flexes to your situation. The default is one session a week, because that pace is what keeps you with it.

01
SEE IT
Week 1

You get honest about where you actually are, and name the pattern keeping you there. You leave with a working Game Plan, not a long list of homework.

02
CHOOSE IT
Week 2

We work through the beliefs, the genuine constraints and the options actually open to you. You don't need to arrive with the answer. We get to one conscious choice.

03
BRAVE IT
Weeks 3 and 4

Courage comes before confidence. You prepare for the awkward parts, take the real step, then review what actually happened. You finish with your next-90-days action map.

If life gets in the way. The default is weekly. If holidays or diary realities make that impractical, we agree four fortnightly dates instead and finish inside eight weeks. That is the maximum, not the default. It is still one intensive, not four months of open-ended coaching.

What's included

Light on homework. Heavy on insight and action.

Built for the gaps in a full week, not another evening of coursework.

01

Four private sessions

Sixty minutes each on Zoom, tailored to your situation. No group, no curriculum to keep pace with.

02

Your Fulfilment Snapshot

A private starting point across the nine areas of WeMeBe®, with short weekly check-ins so you can notice what actually moves.

03

A working Game Plan

Written after session one. The focus, what matters, the move you're working towards, and how you'll know it's happening.

04

A next-90-days action map

The actions, experiments and check-in rhythm you take with you after the four weeks, so the change has somewhere to go.

05

Relevant Studio tools

Only what serves your situation. The beliefs exercise, the agency and optimism reflection, the Permission Slip. Not another library to get through.

06

Support between sessions

One short practical question by email between sessions, answered within two working days.

Five private places

A rare opportunity to work together, one-to-one.

Most of my work is with organisations, groups and long-term executive coaching clients. I don't routinely open up private 1:1 places, particularly in a short, focused format like this.

As I finish writing The Fulfilment Habit, I've deliberately made room for five people who are ready to start doing some meaningful work on themselves before the end of the year.

Next year I'm planning to bring Fulfilment By Design into a group experience. The planned investment for that group programme is £1,500. For these five people it is the same investment, except it's just you and me.

Four focused conversations, built around your life, your priorities and the changes you're ready to make.

I'm not looking for people who already have all the answers. I'm looking for people who are ready to explore the questions and do something with what they discover.

Five places. Once they're taken, this private intake closes.

FAQs

No. That is often why someone comes. We use the first session to understand what is going on and decide which area is worth focusing on, rather than assuming you already have the answer.

The intensive is four private sessions. Normally we meet weekly for four weeks, because that pace helps you stay with it and act between sessions. If holidays, work or family life make that impractical, we can run the same four sessions fortnightly over a maximum of eight weeks. We won't keep extending it. The focused container is part of what makes it an intensive.

Enough to reflect, do your short check-in and take the practical step we agree together. We are not adding another course to your evenings. The real work is often a conversation or a decision you have already been circling, rather than hours of worksheets.

Reschedule with reasonable notice, as long as all four sessions happen inside the eight-week maximum. The detail sits in the coaching agreement.

You don't need one. Your next move might be how you use your time, what you carry for other people, a relationship, a boundary, or making room for something that matters to you. This is not designed to push anyone into quitting their job.

Most of my work is with organisations, groups and longer-term executive clients, so private 1:1 places are not something I open often. Five is genuinely all the capacity I have before the end of the year, alongside the book and existing commitments. Next year I'm planning to run Fulfilment By Design as a group experience at the same £1,500 investment. Once these five places are taken, this private intake closes.

A separate three-hour guided session using Simon Sinek's WHY Discovery methodology, to explore the recurring themes and contribution that matter to you. It is £500 on top of the £1,500 intensive, so £2,000 altogether if you choose both. It is not necessary for you to get the benefit of the four weeks.

Coaching. I'll help you reflect, decide, prepare for action and stay accountable, and I'll challenge you when it matters. It is not therapy or clinical treatment, and I won't diagnose or prescribe.

I'll ask what you're hoping to change, what you've already tried and why now. You can ask me anything about the format, the timing or the price. If I think four weeks would genuinely help, I'll say so and explain how to take a place. If I don't, I'll say that too. Nothing to decide on the call, and no preparation needed.

Yes, and often they do. I can send a short description of the programme for sign-off. Your employer paying does not mean your check-in scores or coaching conversations get shared with them.

Your coaching conversations and personal scores are treated confidentially under our coaching agreement and privacy policy. I won't share them with your employer, or use your story in marketing, without your permission. Any legal or safeguarding exceptions are explained in the agreement.

Ready when you are

Four conversations. One meaningful move.

You don't need to arrive with your whole future mapped out. You just need to be ready to give your own priorities a little of the attention you have been giving everyone else's.
